Bond Fitness has been the dream of personal trainer Henry Devas for many years. With over a decade in the fitness industry, including time with one of the UK’s leading personal training companies, Henry has worked with clients from all walks of life.


Over the years, he noticed a common thread: alongside physical challenges like weight loss or injury recovery, clients often spoke openly about their mental health, from anxiety and low self-esteem to stress overload and burnout.


With a deep interest in mental well-being, and having studied psychotherapy, Henry realised the solution was clear: bring body and mind together. This was the moment Bond Fitness was born.
